When I played games like apex or r6s, my games crashed Event ID 2004 Source PerfNet

Hello,
recently I have a new graphic card 2080
since then, my whole pc act really odd
Just like the title, when I played games that need better computer then my game will crash
After that, I went to Event. It shows error and the event ID is 2004 and resource is PerfNet
Also I got warnings that event codes are PerfProc 2002 and Perflib1008
I tried the method I searched the Internet to restart my Server status to on (It was on before I reopen)
And It was on automatically open.
It did NOT work out.
I really don't know why cause this and hope you will help me
