Install CALL RDS 1 USER 2022 on SERVER 2012 R2 ?

Hello,

We have a windows 2012 R2 server and we need a person to connect to the remote desktop.

• We do not have any license installed.
• The remote desktop service is well configured and functional (works with the administrator account)
• The license manager of the remote desktop services is well configured
• The active directory service is well configured and functional

We purchased a 1 user CAL 2022 license on microsoft :

According to microsoft the RDS USER CAL 2022 license is compatible with windows server 2012 R2 .

During the installation, using the web method, the license is not recognized by the service https://activate.microsoft.com/ .
How to get the ID key set of our 2022 license to add it to our windows server 2012 R2 ?

You can but the license server will need to be equal to or higher than the RDS Cal version.

Hi!
I have the same problem... however I can't find the way to upgrade only the license server on Win2012 to RDS LS 2022.
