In Google Play you should have the option to change your Approval Preference on the apps. I would suggest you change it to Keep approved when app requests new permissions for your apps. You can also add a email address to be notified whenever the apps request new permissions.

If you are unable to reapprove the app directly, you can unapprove the app in Play for Work and Reapply it again BEFORE you click the sync button to sync your approvals back to Intune.

    Hi

I will try to re-approve that way, unapprove and re-approve before I click "Sync".

I was just wondering because, for example for Outlook app, I already have "Keep approved" selected but still I have got 8 "Permission changes" email about new permissions to approve for Outlook app..

If the Intune has been connected to Managed Google Play store, you can re-approve the app from the Intune portal by following the steps below.

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center.
    2. Choose Apps > All apps, delete the app
    3. In the Select app type pane, under the available Store app types, select Managed Google Play app.
    4. Click Select. The Managed Google Play app store is displayed.
    5. Select an app to view the app details.
    6. On the page that displays the app, click Approve.

If you need to approve the app permissions on the Android device, you can refer to the Google doc by clicking the following link.
