Windows 11 and Desktop Outlook

I recently downloaded Windows 11 and am finding the certain emails are disappearing. today, I had an email come through to my phone and is on my online outlook box, but is not in my Desktop Outlook.

Why is this happening and how can I get the issue resolved?

Could be a cache issue.
Try creating a new Outlook profile:
