Windows servicing tracking using log file

HI Everyone,

Hope this email finds everyone in safe and sound !!

I am planning to perform window servicing on my EOL computers but having tried so much so many system failed to upgrade manually even after running window upgrade troubleshooter and then trying to upgrade the window using window update assistant.

Need someone help and expertise with a Microsoft/ any other document that can help me tracking the successful/unsuccessful windows upgrade process using the log file. How to spot the process inside those logs using the key word and how to read the servicing log successfully.

Hope any crystal and vivid documentation can help me grasp the complete flow of windows successfully like Microsoft has given for monthly patching but i am having difficulty to find it for window servicing.
