Hello Teams Community,

Please i need your help on this:

I did Migrate a user at 2pm yesterday, and they still do not have the dial pad.

I Checked the following:

  1. Cleared teams cache
  2. Checked teams in a browser and on the mobile app
  3. User is licensed with e3 + phone standard
  4. Phone number is valid and showing the admin center
  5. Attributes look OK in powershell

I have migrated users before with no issue.

    Hi @IBN

Have you granted the voice policy to those users?

Please make sure that users have AllowCalling policy enabled and is in Teams only mode now.

In this blog, it also provide the script about how to troubleshoot the dial pad missing in Teams client, you could check it to see if it is helpful to you.
