Changing email on Authenticator App

Question

My live email connected to my Authenticator app, which was also attached to my Facebook, was recently hacked. I believe I’ve successfully recovered it, but I’m paranoid especially with all the keys I have on my Authenticator app, so I want to start fresh and change the email associated with the Authenticator app.

My question is, if I change the email, will I lose all the keys tied to the Authenticator app which I currently use for various applications and websites?
