I am trying to get provisions VM NCasT4v3 Series, Standard_NC16as_T4_v3 but my tickets are getting ignored and I cant get VM i need provisioned. One response I got on one of my tickets that it will be provisioned not early than March 31 20222. More than a month ahead. I also asked for help to locate such VM in any region in US but did not get any response. I have developer level support agreement where issues should be resolved in less than 8 hours. Obviously, Microsoft fails on this.
Any suggestions how can I escalate my tickets or any other way to get VM i need?

I provided information to you but did not hear anything so far. We upgraded plan to the developer level but still do not have any resolution. Please advise how we can escalate

@Jeremy There has been some capacity issues that could be affecting new subscriptions specifically. Can you please share which region you are trying to create the VM in? I can check and recommend alternate regions for you to try.
Also, please refer this thread for detailed list of steps that you can try.

I'm in Canada and both Canada Central and Canada East options give no results, though after you mentioned it I did notice some non North American VM options working. Unfortunately I think it's important that I stick in Canada, as some of our customers have policies about user traffic leaving Canada.

As for the list I'm not sure what's applicable:

all my quotas show 0 of 10

In other subscriptions/tenants I am able to request VMs for the region

I'm not aware of any blocking policies, as the subscription is new.

the subscription is PAYG

I'm hoping to request a D Series VM so I expect it to not have any special disablement

I am not requesting a spot VM

I have added Compute and Storage resource providers (they were missing in my subscription at first)

Hello @Jeremy ,
We checked for Canada Central and some D series VMs are available now. We would request you to try . In case it fails first time , try again after a few minutes. We are still working on the capacity issues so there may be transient issues. However we would like you to try at this point and let us know if you get any error.

@Shashi Shailaj Nope, after working through with support they've unlocked DSv3 series for me. but the D series (as well as every other series) is still marked unavailable, even though it shows I have 10 quota available. I've even tried working through with support to see is somebody could clarify for me why this is happening; but they failed to even communicate what they did to identify and correct the DSv3 series for me. Microsoft definitely seems to have some hidden controls, and it's quite frustrating. What's the point of having the quotas screen, if it's not representative of what you can actually do?

UPDATE: The request is still pending due to capacity constraints for GPU VMs.

Customer requested for multiple Azure GPU VMs. Since there was a backlog due to availability constraints, it took some time for the capacity team to complete these requests. This is resolved now.

IHi, Karishma, it is still not resolved. Not sure why they keep reporting that issue is resolve. I copied below the screen shot. It shows that those VM are still not available
