Answering incoming call automatically (Teams)

Question

Hello,

I am making an app making a group call with a bot, user1(device1), user2(device2).
It was possible to make a group call by making the bot to call user1 and user2 at the same time.

my problem is below:
device1 will be used by a user(human) so device1 can accept incoming call from the bot manually (the user will tap answer button)
but device2 will be placed somewhere outside and there is no specific user.
so device2 needs to accept a call from the bot automatically as soon as it detects an incoming call (without human's manipulation)

is there any solution or API for device2 in this case?
