Your CPU is not supported and Microsoft didn't share any timeline or update.
You may open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and file a suggestion and request to be supported.

Hi.
I have a Lenovo P51 with i7 XEON E5 1505 V7 processor. I want to ask how long will it take to get compatible Windows 11 update for my processor?

Some of the 7th generation processor and all 8th generation Intel processor are supported for Windows 11. It seems your Intel Xeon E3-1505M is not in the list and it might not support the Windows 11.
There are certain requirements that are decisive such as supporting TMP 2.0 and Secure boot, which is case lacking them it will make then not elegible in the long run.However, there are frequent changes and additions to the list, based on manufacturers improvements to the processor firmware and drivers in some cases. I would suggest also posting your question in an Intel forum, as mayb their community or support has more information about any changes in the future.
