Source for Microsoft Support

Question

I am trying to understand how these following 3 sources of MS support differ. Can someone help me understand the differences, and when and why I would use each??

2. techcommunity.microsoft.com - Microsoft Tech Community
3. answers.microsoft.com - Microsoft Community

microsoft answers is generally a consumer forums
Q&A forums were a direct replacement for MSDN / TechNet forums
There is some crossover between TechCommunity and Q&A and for those that crossover use which ever one suits best.
