Localhost Web API icon issue

Hello,
I'm debugging a Web API ASP.Net application. In QA environment, the web page shows all icons (images) correctly but in localhost I cannot see the icons. It is a garbage. See attached files.
Any help is welcomed.

Anonymous2022-02-25T01:40:03.803+00:00 Hi, accroding to your screenshot, it looks like missing style files, for example, missing xxx.css file. If you can press F12 to open the browser's console window and go to "Network" menu to check if all the style files are loaded correctly? Thank you very much.
