Blazor webassembly compression publish

Hello,
as described here:

blazor publish don't compress files out of framework folder.
I use custom webconfig:

web.config
webassembly

Is there a way to compress during publish also files in _content folder?

Hi @andrea tosato ,

Which version of Blazor WebAssembly application you are creating?

As javiercn said, compress files outside the _framework folder might cause a bug and not something that had any benefit, so the Asp.net 6 has removed this feature. If you want to compress the files out of framework folder, you could consider to use the Asp.net 5.

Hi I use net6.
Now I'm compress manually, with external software, css and js under _content folder.
I use third part controls and in this folder there are huge css and js files. Compress them I gain 2mb of transfer.
I found that I should disable static compression in IIS to avoid a "decode" error in the browser. But this is not related to manually compression of _content folder.
