Windows Boot manager is missing

I accidentally removed the Windows boot manager from the bios of my LG laptop, but the installation screen does not appear and only a black screen appears even when booting from a USB with Windows installation media. I can't even run CMD and the current operating system is Windows Server 2022 Datacenter.

    What problems were you having?

What was happening that you removed the Windows boot manager?

This was a very recent installation.

Consider a repeat installation as in this recent thread:

    Hi anonymous user,

Have you chance to reset BIOS to its defaults?
