O365 group not populating in Outlook
I have 2 users who are members of an O365 group and on 10 Feb the mail folder for this group in their Outlook stopped populating. Bottom of the screen shows "This folder has not been updated" OWA shows them there. I made myself member and mine is working fine. Outlook is up to date. I have enabled "Turn on Modern Authentication" in the Admin portal. I have an open support ticket with MS but response is slow. Last resort is to remove and recreate profile for user but thats disruptive for this high profile user. 80gb mailbox size. so not an option right now. Any ideas or suggestions welcome, thank you.
