Storage Replica SYNC-SRGroup command

Hello,

When running the command SYNC-SRGroup -name

Is the -name referring to the source or destination?

View From -- Windows Admin Center

Normally you would see
Source server1: ReplicationGroup01 ----> Destination server2: ReplicationGroup02

Any Help Greatly Appreciated.
