Report server loads all reports when browsing, but requires user authentication when opening the report. Not domain network. Report server user service account setup as Virtual Service account, NTLM Authentication specified in rsreportserver.config. Restarted services after changes, everything works 100% on server side, but not on user side.

User can browse all Reports, but not open reports.

What else do I need to change?

SQL Server Reporting Services
SQL Server Reporting Services

A SQL Server technology that supports the creation, management, and delivery of both traditional, paper-oriented reports and interactive, web-based reports.
