I have set up the registry with reference to this article,
https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/29897-enable-disable-refs-file-system-windows-8-1-windows-10-a.html

including AllowRefsFormatOverNonmirrorVolume and RefsDisableLastAccessUpdate , after restarting I want to format my USB stick, but there is no ReFS.

    Hello @beer2022

Some of the Considerations and Limitations of using ReFS are listed below, I would suggest you check this first with your configuration.

-ReFS does not support SAN storage features such as thin provisioning, TRIM/UNMAP, and ODX
-To use ReFS supported configurations you must use Windows Server Catalog certified hardware and meet application requirements.
-Do not use ReFS with iSCSI or FC SANs unless explicitly supported by the hardware vendor.

Some recent Windows update has also caused some issues with the ReFs so I would suggest you check if you have made any recent updates if so uninstall these updates and check if that helps you.

    Hope this resolves your Query!!
