LAN connection with no internet connection

Hi, my LAN connection does not have internet connection and will not provide for hotspot despite working ethernet
attached screenshot * please help will be much appreciated

Click on Troubleshoot problems and follows steps and see what is the result.
Try disconnect the other network and see if the network works? -
