I can't create a virtual machine with gpu in Brazil region

Question

Hello everyone, I have a huge problem, I try to create my virtual machine with gpu in Brazil by the azure cloud computer system, but when I try to create it just gives an error saying that there was something related to restriction, or something like that.

This only happens with NC Series, when I try other regions with US I succeed in deploying.

If anyone can tell me why this happens, I'd appreciate it.

Here you can check the Products available by region https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/global-infrastructure/services/?regions=brazil-south,brazil-southeast&products=virtual-machines (I already apply a filter for Brazil)
