Microsoft Defender Scan Issue

Recently I have reset my windows 11. So when I tried to do a 'Quick Scan' task it showed that it has excluded the folder 'C:Users\User\AppData\Roaming\' from scanning.
Now my question is that why defender did that, and is it safe, or should I include the folder?
