Conflict In Using Account 1 In Account 1 MS Team / SharePoint and Using Account 2 To Login To Azure DevOps

Normally, we will use Microsoft (MS) Team with Account 1. This MS Team synchronizes with Account 1 Sharepoint about everything (user list, documents). We usually upload the common documents to Account1 SharePoint to share inside Account 1 members. We often get these links in SharePoint to include into requirement in Azure DevOps. Inside Azure DevOps is using Account 2 (Company require to do). Therefore, we could not open these links. System requests us to log out Azure DevOps then log in again by Account 1 to open these links. This is inconvenient and un-security. We have the idea to add all Account 2 into a specific project in Account 1 MS Team. Then these Account 2 users will be synchronized into Account1 SharePoint then we can open the file. However, by this way currently we cannot login to Account 1 SharePoint by Account 2 account (even I added them into Account 1 MS Team/Account1 SharePoint). Could you please help to take a look?

    @Thoa Huynh

    First, you could enable external sharing both in the tenant level and site level.
    (1)Enable external sharing in the tenant level. Go to SharePoint admin center -> Polices -> Sharing -> Set Anyone in the Content can be shared with section.

    (2)Enable external sharing in the tenant site level. Go to SharePoint admin center -> Sites -> Active sites -> Select the site -> Sharing -> Set Anyone in the External shaing.

    Second, share a file with Anyone link, copy and paste the link into Azure DevOps. Then you could access these files with Account2 users.

    Hi EmilyDu,
    I think it is an excellent answer, I vote 5 stars for it. I do not have Admin in SharePoint so I will ask IT in my company.

    By the way, I have one small related question that why from Account 1 Microsoft Team, I can not chat to anyone in Account 2 Microsoft Team and vice versa. Could you please help me, thank you so much?

    Have a nice day^^,
    Best Regards,
