I am a lowly developer who is trying to decipher what this error message means
Requests to the Analyze Layout Operation under Form Recognizer API (v2.0) have exceeded rate limit of your current FormRecognizer S0 pricing tier. Please retry after 1 second.
The thing that is confusing me is the " Please retry after 1 second. "
I am very confused so any insight will be greatly appreciated!
