To add an account i need code from authenticator but cant get code as the account hasnt been added yet...?

Trying to add my account to Authenticator so I can log in on Outlook but when I try to add it’s asking for me to authenticate it using Authenticator…but I can’t as it’s not been added lol. Bit of an annoying cycle here I can’t get around
