Certificate not visible

In the certification dashboard it says: 'Congratulations on passing Exam AZ-300: Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies' But then when I go to Download Certificates, I only see the 2 previews one I got and not the AZ-300: ![19886-screenshot-from-2020-08-24-16-33-22.png][1] [1]: /api/attachments/19886-screenshot-from-2020-08-24-16-33-22.png?platform=QnA Can the AZ-300 certificate be added as well, I need it to show my employer.
