Branch not coming up on to local

I have created branch in remote with name called remote but it is failing and not clear what exactly to do in the local console.

    Azure DevOps is not formally supported on this site yet. Questions related to Azure DevOps should be posted on Stack Overflow. But this is really a Git question anyway.

    Refer to this article, one of many, on why fetching with git may not pull back new remote branches.
