500 and 401 error on CLU model testing

I'm trying to use Azure Cognitive Services to enable Intent detection and Entity recognition in a Bot Framework bot.

I have an Azure Cognitive Service for Language resource, which contains:

  • two Custom Question Answering projects
  • a Conversation Language Understanding project
  • Orchestrator project

Since last week, I get either a 500 or a 401 error when querying the CLU model.

The problem persists regardless of the method I use to access the model. I've tried to use:

  • the Language Studio's model testing pane
  • the SDK through a deployed Bot

In order to solve the problem I've tried the following:

  • retraining the model
  • redeploying the model
  • exporting, importing, training and deploying the model
  • importing the model into a different language resource on the same subscription
  • importing the model into a different language resource on a different subscription

However none of these have solved my problem.
What should I do in order to be able to use this model again?
