Org-Wide Sharing Alerts

Hi All,

Has anyone implemented a solution to alert Admins when someone has shared a file / folder with all of their organisation ?

"For example, Bob in finance office accidentally shares a confidential budget folder via OneDrive with everyone in the organisation."

I can see that there are some options via the GUI and power shell is also an option.

Yes, im looking for a solution that will allow for alerting of data shared in the scenario above. Is this an ability that already exists ?

But it does not seem to indicate if 'Sharing Org Wide' alerts are possible. I am looking to monitor internal and external sharing.
