I'm studying to get my AZ-204 certification. I want to practice creating and managing resources but I don't want to rack up a bill. My free month is over and so I had to upgrade my plan to "The Azure Plan" as my free plan was suspended . Supposedly you can still use some resources for free for the first 12 months. While I was in my free month the portal told me which things were free. Under this plan it no longer does that. My question is did I miss something or make a mistake in upgrading to the Azure Plan or do I still get those free resources it just doesn't tell me anymore?

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with course issues in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
