Resize Text within Multiple Text Boxes Visual Basic Macros Microsft Word

Hello, this is in Word. I have thousands of shapes (text boxes) with text inside of them (I am emulating an sms text message conversation). When I press Ctrl A, the text inside the boxes does not get formatted. I obviously do not want to format each individual text bubble. I am hoping there is a simple way to implement this using a Visual Basic macro.

Please note my abilities implementing this stuff is extremely limited. I've used some copy-paste macros to resize multiple images and that's about it.

Here is an example of what I am doing:
