Hello Teams Community,
Please I have a particular user who is having this problem.
He Can't install Team using work or school account on his laptop.
Does any know what might be the caused and how we resolve this problem?

He Can't install Team using work or school account on his laptop.
Generally, to install Teams using work or school account, we can visit the page below and click the Download Teams button beneath Teams for work or school:
https://teams.microsoft.com/downloads
For the situation you described, did the user meet any error message? Besides, you can also try to collect the installer logs which are by default saved at %LocalAppData%\SquirrelTemp\SquirrelSetup.log and see if there would be any clues for further troubleshooting. You can also remove all private information and share the log file here.
