Skype Meeting Addin

Ok so I am sure we have all seen the issue where the Skype addin for outlook can at times disappear from the ribbon.

We are now seeing new behaviour.

The Skype addin is showing on the ribbon.

It shows if we click on meeting to open up the meeting window.

It does not show however if we click appointment and open the new appointment window.

This only happens on a small subset of machines. We have tried disabling and enabling the addin etc.

Anyone else seen this behaviour? And ideas why it would only affect a subset of machines?

    Hi!

    I did a test in my environment. The reason why you cannot find the Skype meeting Add-in in outlook is you disabled the Skype meeting Add-ins. You can try to enable it in the outlook and then you can see it.

    Please make sure that your outlook account is the same as your Skype for Business account, or you cannot schedule the Skype meeting in the outlook client.
