I need to Lock a Network Profile to a Adapter

I need to Lock a Network Profile to a Network Adapter
The Adapter will Have Static IP, Default Gateway and DNS addresses
The Network Router Hardware Could Change, but the Network Configuration will only change SubNet Host Class C address Gateway and DNS addresses will be the Same
The Host Computer has 3 NICs Only one Mapped to Internet.
Running Windows 10

You can choose the profile, then customize, then check the boxes for the interface the profile applies to.
