connecting to Linux VM

Hello,
I created to Linux VM and i'm having problems connecting to it.

I figured it was the firewall rules I set in place, after playing with some rules I still get no joy.

Are there anymore gotcha's I'm not aware of that would assist me in getting logged in, I'm trying to RDP to it and no luck
