Teams Task notification

2022-03-01T08:40:37.677+00:00

In Teams, as a test, I created a team, and in the Tasks, I created some buckets.
I put one of my colleagues in the group and set her as the "Assigned User".
When she moves a task to the right bucket column, I don't get an email from Outlook.

For "Notifications" in the Settings, I have selected the "All Activities".
The user was notified by email (Outlook) only when I assigned a task.
Is it possible for the owner or other users to be notified by email when a task is moved by an assigned person?
If it is possible, could you please tell me how to do it?

Hi @Yoshida Kyoko(吉田 恭子)

Is it possible for the owner or other users to be notified by email when a task is moved by an assigned person?

No, I am afraid it's not feasible at present as moving a task to another bucket is not an activity that would trigger a notification currently.

Given this, I tried submitting this idea to the dedicated feedback portal for Microsoft Planner. I'll leave the link below so that you and others who see our discussion here can vote or comment there as well. Hopefully this feature can be added in the future.
