I have two microsoft accounts i have complated MB300 with one account and MB330 with another account , how can i merge my both certificates

I have two microsoft accounts i have complated MB300 with one account and MB330 with another account , how can i merge my both certificates.

  1. MS account mdbasha1993@harsh.com .com used for MB300.
  2. MS account itsbasha.1993@Stuff .com used for MB330.

I want to merge both certifications. Please help me on this.
