Not able to trigger Flask API hosted on App Service via API Management Service

I have a flask API hosted on App Service. It has a index/home and few other resources which can be called. When I call these API resources via Postman they work fine.
I added this API under API Management Service and when I try to browse home/index resource, it gives me proper 200 response, but for other resources, I am getting below error.
