If you have already installed more recent cummulative updates, it might be some corruption of the update system, please try the next in one of the computers:
- Cleanup WinSxS folder: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/clean-up-the-winsxs-folder?view=windows-11
- Manually reset windows update components: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/update/windows-update-resources#reset-windows-update-components-manually
- Perform a DISM image repair: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/repair-a-windows-image?view=windows-11
If this doesn't help, it would be convenient to look for more information at the next 2 important log files:
- CBS.log
- WindowsUpdate.log

Also, in case of sharing new findings, please add more information about the way you deploy regularly your updates, any common characteristics of the failing computers versus the ones that have no problem, etc..
