I use Microsoft Authenticator app on my phone, but I've noticed for the 3rd time in about two months now that one day when I open the app, App Lock is just turned off. It's fine I can go in and turn it back on without issue, but I know I am not turning it off on purpose, so something must be triggering to disable the app lock without my requesting it.

Same here, first time, surely there haven't been any action from my side in the app settings and even in the phone settings as well. Android got updated this morning (monthly security update), the only event that may theoretically be related.
