I tried the following, but still my issue is not resolved

If Outlook prompts the user with the message 'Another application is trying to send emails on your behalf. Would you like to Send or Don't Send?' when emailing from Eaglesoft, these steps disable that prompt and simply allow the email to send.

Outlook 2010/2013:

  • Open Outlook email.
  • Go to File. | Options | Trust Center.
  • Click on Trust Center Settings
  • Click on Programmatic Access
  • Select option for: Never Warn Me about Suspicious Activity

    Hi @Matt Peter ,

    Welcome to our forum!

According to my search, this security warning appears when a program attempts to access your contact information in the Outlook Address Book, or attempts to send email on your behalf.
To fix this issue, use the following method.

    • Check your outlook version(File > Office Account > About Outlook) and make sure that you are using the latest version.
    • Enable or update your antivirus application
As you mentioned, go to Trust Center and check the Antivirus status. If the status is anything other than Valid, follow the appropriate steps to enable your antivirus program, or update your antivirus program as necessary.

The registry data that is associated with the Programmatic Access Security options is as follows, please check if the value is consistent with the option you select .
(Important: Follow the steps in this section carefully. Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Before you modify it, back up the registry for restoration in case problems occur.)
According to your Office installation version, locate to the path:

As I'm using Outlook MSI-Based installation, which is 64-bit Office running on 64-bit Windows.

This was good for me, but what if the policies are managed by a central department and not all using the procedure can change as described ?
