Needing to disconnect from organization but "Access work or school" Missing From Settings

Awhile back I was allowed access to Microsoft Office from another organization and I was using it on my Windows Server 2022. A year or so later when I tried to find the "Access work or school" option to disconnect the microsoft account I was using for accessing Office, the option was nowhere to be found. And even more unsettling is the fact that I could find 0 resources anywhere on the web that's even remotely similar to my situation. Is there anyway to fix this? Even after uninstalling office off my computer completely, my server is still tied to the policies of this organization that I'm no longer with.

    Hi @AVOS CORP

    Welcome to Q&A forum ~

As the "Access work or school" is the option of Windows system, I would add back the tag "windows-server". Thanks for your understanding.

From the Office perspective, it is recommended to remove related identities under the Identities registry entry.
    Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity\Identities
(Please note, serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Before you modify it, please remember to back up the registry for restoration in case problems occur.)

Then you could go to Credential Manager > Windows credentials, remove the credentials associated with this account.

Hope the information could be helpful.
