Form Recognizer : Custom model (Invoice extraction) - Unable to pick Customer Name field

Hi,

I have trained a custom model on Sample labelling tool to extract a label "Customer Name" from invoices. There seems to be an issue when the customer name changes and the output is NULL. Any deduction as to why this is happening or any solution to this issue is much appreciated.

    Thanks for your feedback. Can you please try out the latest release using studio and see if it fixes the issue? You don't need to re-label, just open the project in the studio, train a template model and test. You can also try using prebuilt invoice model since your data consists of invoices. For more details on studio, please review this document. Hope this helps.
