Form recognizer : Custom model - Unwantedly removing special characters

Hi,

I have trained a custom model on Sample labelling tool to extract a label "Customer Name" from invoices. There seems to be an issue as the special characters are omitted in my output but I have trained my model to pick those. Any deduction as to why this is happening or any solution to this issue is much appreciated.

@Abhishek Kellaka I believe in this case you are using the label type as string which supports alphanumeric characters.

default, no-whitespaces, alphanumeric

If you are expecting these characters to be part of every form in the customer name field you can try adding a new label of selection mark and train the model to extract them and in the result you can perform client side processing to include it in the result.
