UWP app title bar not changing as per app theme

When I change theme of my app using settings built in app, title bar elements are not changing accordingly. But when I use Windows default and change the theme in Windows Settings, then title bar elements appear perfectly according to the theme.

What additions/change should I do to my code while changing theme so that it appears correctly. Please see the below video to understand my app's problem after changing theme.
