File Download using MVC

Question

Hi,

We have web application developed in MVC and hosted in Azure PaaS. In some pages we have upload and download functionalities. In these pages we have provided hyperlink to download the already uploaded files. while click on the hyperlink the file will be downloaded in the system. This is working fine in the web browsers.

But we accessing the same website in mobile link and click on the file download hyperlink - the below error will be displayed "the download option has been disabled in your organisation" message due to their security policy restrictions.

Please provide the sample to open the document in window instead of downloading the document in MVC C#.
