Window server 2012 R2 not able to detect backup image

Hi,my name is CK. I am having a server running window server 2012 R2 with RAID5 setting. Unfortunately server down due to 2 out of 3 hard disk broken. Soon later, I replace 2 new hard disk but server cannot work. I have regularly make a window image backup but when I try to reimage the image, the system could not detect it. Seeking for solution to read the image file or restore it. Thank you.

    I will suggest you to please verify first the back image is in good state and restorable using below command.

    wbadmin get versions -backuptarget:<Drive:>
