Is there a setting inside SharePoint or Office 365 which grant external users access to SharePoint but with no:-

  • Downloading
  • Printing
  • Copy/paste ?

    1.You can implement block downloading and printing on files in the SharePoint, set Block downloading in the Link settings.

    2.To block copying contents, when you share with external users, select Can view.
