does dynamic refresh rate support 90hz displays?

i was looking into getting the lenovo 14s imported to me in Canada since it isn’t available in north America. but it has a 90hz screen and as is with that it can get an average of 10 hours of battery life according to reviews. but i wanted to know if dynamic refresh rate in windows 11 will support the 90hz display so i can further improve battery life. this will determine my switch from windows 10 to 11z

    Hi，

    To use the dynamic display rate, the displays have to support the variable refresh rate and a refresh rate of at least 120 Hz.
