MSFAX ActivityLog not showing the reason for failed faxes Windows 2019 Standard

I support faxing functionality via MSFAX - among many other things - at a large global company. I have one server at a customer site that uses MSFAX to send documents out to various destinations.
The problem that I have encountered is that this is the first server I have seen where the ActivityLog detail does not show the reason for the failed faxes.
I would normally see these values, for example, in the Status, ErrorDesc, and ErrorCode columns something like "Transmission error" "No answer" "0x00000009"
However, this detail does not show up in the server that I am working with. There is ONLY "Transmission error" "Unknown fatal error" "0x0000000c" appearing, no other errors. I know there are bad number, etc but they aren't being captured as such.
Any suggestions please?

For example - identifiable data hidden,
