Yes i did it. Do not use the support form in the Partner Center, but contact Microsoft Customer Support directly. Tax profile expired but "launch tax form" button not work

My tax profile has expired. I clicked on the edit button but when I get to the last step (Tax form) the "launch tax form" button doesn't work. I contacted support but they haven't solved the problem for days. I don't know how to do it.
