My tax profile has expired. I clicked on the edit button but when I get to the last step (Tax form) the "launch tax form" button doesn't work. I contacted support but they haven't solved the problem for days. I don't know how to do it.

Were you able to solve this? I'm having this issue for years and Microsoft couldn't do anything about it...
It seems I might have found a solution... To anybody who is struggling with the same.
First of all, use Firefox and not Chrome or Edge...
Then when you reach that freaking button, select the arrow icon, right-click, and select "Inspector". Then Firefox will open its code inspection window where the code of the line for this arrow icon will be already highlighted.
This is what you should see:
Now delete the "disabled="disabled"" part... and try to click on the arrow icon on the screen. Be aware that the clickable part is somewhat off-put of the icon... so you have to click around it while you hit it once (your cursor should change when you are on the right spot)...
And... now... the form will actually load on your screen.
It drives me crazy that we have to do anything like that in order to fill out our forms... the partner portal is a disgrace! The Support team would just ask you to record the same process again and again and yet another buggy piece of software wasting your time again and again and again.
